The reliability of a door (automatic or otherwise) is all about the expertise of the installation and maintenance. We are well-known for our fast and personal services.

Have you suffered a breakdown? We have a 24/7 breakdown service for our Dutch buyers with a maintenance contract. You can also report your breakdown after our offices close through email. We will then immediately call you back the next day.

Our installers are fully aware of all possible installation conditions. This experience guarantees the optimal installation. We know how to install every door and door drive efficiently due to our advanced installation methods and equipment

The safety of our own employs and those of our own installers will be assured during installation.

Service contract

Service & maintenance.

Many (automatic) doors are operational to the maximum degree every day. A high-quality MeerDeur door also demands regular attention. You can rely on appropriate service with us when your door or door drive requires maintenance. Or in the incidental cases that there is a breakdown.

In view of maintaining maximum reliability, we recommend entering into a service contract. You will assure yourself of problem-free use with a service contract.

Breakdown service

Have you had an unexpected breakdown? MeerDeur has its own breakdown service that can be reached by our Dutch customers with a service contract: tel. no. +31 (0)174 280 777. You will be automatically connected to the breakdown service when calling outside office hours.

While firmly keeping an eye on maximum reliability, MeerDeur will recommend entering into a service contract. This will guarantee the reliability of your automatic door for a longer period. Would you also like certainty when there is a power outage? You can then switch temporarily to the optional battery pack or manual operation of the automatic door when there is a power outage.

DOES MEERDEUR PRODUCE THE DOORS IN THE NETHERLANDS?
Designing and producing doors and door drives are our core business. We are effective because we have all disciplines ranging from consultancy to production and from installation to maintenance at one location in the Netherlands.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PERIOD FOR YOUR DOORS?
We have a modern 8000 m2 production facility including a huge warehouse. This means that a contract can often be started immediately and extremely short delivery times are possible. The exact delivery dates will depend on the request.
DO MY DOORS COME WITH A GUARANTEE?
Our doors and drives always have a guarantee for a specific period. The guarantee will be determined depending on the product and project.
